For example, our Cancellation Guarantee was revolutionary when we first began. It allows listed sellers who are dissatisfied or unhappy with our services to cancel their contract without any penalties or further obligations. A few local offices now offer something similar, but the majority of companies still lock sellers into long-term listing agreements with lengthy broker protection periods and no way to get out if you’re unhappy with your agent or the services they perform.
We also offer our exclusive Love It or Leave It Guarantee; if you don’t love the home you purchase through Homesource we’ll sell it for free and help you find a different one. It’s just one more way that we’re committed to making our clients happy.
